 Seller's Estimated Closing Costs

As a Seller, you can usually expect to incur closing costs of about 7.5% of your sale price (excluding any repairs required by pest control, or where applicable, city inspections, or repairs required by the buyer or the purchase contract).  The following list shows the normal items that you, as a Seller, can expect to pay for upon the transfer of your property.  You may use this form as a worksheet to estimate your sale proceeds. However, this is just an estimate, and your escrow officer will be able to prepare a more accurate estimate of closing costs.

Estimated close of escrow on: __________
_______  Commission - 6% of sales price (3% to seller's agent, 3% to buyer's agent)
