The Way I Work
I will only tell clients what they want to hear, if it is the truth.
I will only enter into a client relationship where I know that what
is expectedof me can be done in good faith.
I will only enter into an agreement with a seller who is realistic in
regard to the proper pricing of his or her home.
When hired to sell a client’s home, I will make recommendations
that canincrease the home’s value or reduce its marketability
time, even if it means tellingthe client things he or she does not
want to hear.
I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am painfullyhonest with my clients, while my competitors may tell
them what they want tohear to temporarily get their business.
I understand that to have a winning relationship with my clients, we
must have amutual goal.
I will remember that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability,
andcreativity are what makes me so very different from other real
estate practitioners.
I will always promote the best interests of the client, and I will always,
within the laws under which my business is governed, disclose to the client
all facts thatmight affect or influence his or her decisions.
I promise that during my real estate career, I will always strive
forexcellence, and I have made a commitment to forego a portion
of my life inexchange for continued education, so that I may better
serve my clients.
