Carol is the best realtor I've ever had. She's smart, honest, direct, and to the point. She knows her business really well. When there is confusion she steps in to clarify. When there is risk, she steps in to quantify and guide you through. When there are piles of paper work, she explains and guides. She is there always, and goes way out of her way to help. Even after I got the house, she was still there helping. She's tireless and pays attention to all the details. I highly recommend her. She's on top of her game.
