About Carol Lollich

Carol has lived in Pasadena for over 30 years. She has two sons and one rescue Treeing Walker Coonhound dog. She loves to knit (the more challenging, the better), and she roasts her own coffee. She has been known to do both for her friends and clients.

She has almost 30 years of experience helping home buyers and sellers meet their goals. In 2004, she earned her real estate Broker's license. And, in 2007 she decided to open her own company, Concierge for Homes. A Concierge in a fine hotel gives clients the best possible service, by meeting all their needs. And, that's the level of service Carol strives to give all her clients.

Carol has three advanced Realtor designations:

GRI® (Graduate Realtor® Institute)
CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist)
SRES® (Seniors Residential Specialist)

Each one of these designations means that she has gained and continues to gain additional knowledge that most Realtors don't have, to give you the best real estate experience you've ever had.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Carol was Advertising and Sales Promotion Director for several large retail firms. Because of this experience, she has the knowledge and experience needed to give you the best marketing tools available, to make sure your home is exposed to the greatest number of qualified buyers.
